Under the club’s constitution, we must hold our Annual Meeting by the end of the club's fiscal year. This meeting will be held as part of the June regular member's meeting.

The OARC Hamfest is scheduled for September 07, 2024
|
UNFORTUNATELY the number of people volunteering to help run the hamfest is way below what we need and expected by this time.
|
Some assignments are as short as 45 minutes, and that gets you in for free! The tasks are many and varied, but we need lots more help. Please fill in the volunteer form at https://form.jotform.com/240504703325042 ASAP!

If we do not have enough volunteers, we will need to scale back the event to make sure that it is a quality experience for both vendors and buyers.
