The OARC management team consists of a board of 5 directors elected annually by the members at the General Meeting. The directors select 5 officers from among their ranks, namely:

  • President
  • Vice President
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • One director at large (no fixed office)

The immediate past president is a an ex-officio advisor to the board, but is not a member of the board.

The board appoints chairs to various committees and working groups. Chairs are not board members. However, members of the board can also serve as committee chairs or members.
