Meeting details
Under the club’s constitution, we must hold our Annual Meeting by the end of the club’s fiscal year. This meeting will be held as part of the June regular member’s meeting.
The main order of business will be to elect the executive team for 2024-2025. Other club business may also be conducted at this meeting. Please note that only paid-up full members in good standing may vote although the meeting is open to all.
Candidates needed!
For the OARC to run properly, we need people to step up and fill the executive positions. You can see full details at https://oarc.net/executive/ .
Please email executive@oarc.net if you wish to nominate yourself or someone else for any of the positions. Of course, these are not sink or swim positions. You would have complete support from the other members of the executive as you acclimatize.
Post-election presentation
After the election and other business is concluded, there will be a presentation (time permitting).

Please join us for this important meeting. Registered website subscribers will receive an email with information on how to join the meeting. If you are not a registered website subscriber, you WILL NOT receive the email notice.

Meeting location is Scout Headquarters (SHQ)
Scout Headquarters is at 1345 Baseline Road, Ottawa. Parking is free in the SHQ lot.
