A big thanks to the 50 people who came out to the OARC “Come meet the new hams” BBQ 2025! We had a great crowd of newly certified and experienced hams enjoying a few laughs along with hamburgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers, chips and soft drinks.
We are very grateful to Sue and Arnold of the Scouts Canada Guild for running the whole thing so seamlessly, from the set up, to the cooking and serving, and the clean up afterwards. Thanks to Sue for her work at the grill, preparing the sautéed onions, burgers, and hotdogs and to Arnold who ensured that each guest had everything they needed. We could not have done it without you!
Everyone agreed that the “Come meet the new hams BBQ” was a big success. We’ll do it again next year!
