Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members 

Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of Ottawa Amateur Radio Club will be held: 

DATE:      Wednesday, June 10, 2026 

TIME:     6:45 PM EDT 

LOCATION: Scouts Headquarters, 1345 Baseline Road, Ottawa

WHO CAN ATTEND?  Only members in good standing* are eligible to attend the meeting – either as attendees or observers. Members who are unable to attend in person can still observe online via MS TEAMS (See details below).

VOTING ELIGIBILITY: Voting will be in-person only. Only members in good standing* who are attending in person will be eligible to vote.

*  To be “in good standing”, members must have renewed their membership through the Zeffy online payment system between June 1, 2025, and May 31, 2026.

• If you are unsure if your membership is current, click here to Contact Us. 
• If you are not yet a member and wish to vote, click here to join the OARC before May 31, 2025.

The Board will recognize all such members as eligible to vote in person.
