Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members

Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of Ottawa Amateur Radio Club will be held:

DATE: Wednesday, June 10, 2026

TIME: 6:45 PM EDT

LOCATION: The AGM will be a hybrid meeting. Attend in person at Scouts Headquarters, 1345 Baseline Road, Ottawa or attend online (details below).

VOTING ELEGIBILITY: Everyone is welcome to attend the AGM but only members in good standing will be eligible to vote.

To be “in good standing”, members must have renewed their membership through the Zeffy online payment system [between June 1, 2025, and May 31, 2026].

If you are not yet a member and wish to vote, click here to join the OARC before May 31, 2025.
The Board will recognize all such members as eligible to vote.
