- An important announcement from the President
- Introduction of the new club Secretary to the membership
- A report on the most recent OARC Hamfest from the Hamfest manager
- A presentation on proposed repeater upgrades by the Repeater chair
- Other club business as required

Meeting location is Scout Headquarters (SHQ)
Scout Headquarters is at 1345 Baseline Road, Ottawa. Parking is free in the SHQ lot.
