Licensed since 1982, Adrian VE7NZ has been involved in networking both professionally and in ham radio since the late 1980s. He co-founded the Inter-Provincial Amateur Radio Network (IPARN) using a geostationary satellite to connect repeaters across Canada – before there was IRLP or EchoLink. More recently, with Scott VA7SL, he launched The Canada Hub in May 2020 based on AllStar.
The presentation will explain what the network is about, how AllStar works, and how repeaters and individuals can connect to it.
